This online room directory provides you with more information about our hotel and its immediate surroundings. For questions and information you can always contact our reception. Our reception is available 24 hours a day by calling number 9 on your room phone.
If you encounter a problem during your stay, it is best to report it immediately so that we can look for a solution together with you.

You must check out before 12:00. You can of course still use our facilities afterwards.
On the day of check-out, a late check-out until 18:00pm can be booked if availability allows this. For the possibilities and availability, we ask you to contact the reception. Unfortunately, late check-outs cannot be booked on our suites.
Every day we serve the breakfast buffet in our restaurant.

For a delicious lunch or dinner, you can visit our à la carte restaurant seven days a week. We recommend that you book your table in advance at our hotel reception.

For example, enjoy a lunch with a drink or a cocktail with a snack while you discuss the day with your company.
Unfortunately it is not possible to make a reservation for our terrace.
Enjoy an aperitif in an atmospheric ambiance or a nice cup of coffee or tea after your dinner.

With your room key you have access to a large indoor swimming pool with Wellness and a fitness room, which are open from 07:00am until 23:00pm.
As a hotel guest you can use our sauna free of charge. Unwind in the sauna or relax in the relaxation room.

Bathrobes
Bathrobes can be rented at reception. We kindly ask you to return it. If this does not happen, the deposit will not be released.
Housekeeping
All hotel rooms are cleaned daily. If you hang a 'do not disturb' sign on the door, cleaning will be skipped that day and you will receive a bag with the most important items at the door.

Air conditioning
You can operate the air conditioning in the room using the control panel on the wall. Here it is possible to switch the air conditioning on and off and it is also possible to set the temperature.
Safe
To lock the locker you can enter a 4-digit code and then press the 'Lock' button. If you have a locker with the enter and close buttons, you can still enter the 4-digit code and then first press enter and then close.
To open the locker again, enter the same 4-digit code, the locker will then open again.
Please leave the safe door open on departure. The management accepts no liability for loss or theft of valuables.
Pillows
You will find an extra pillow in the closet.
Netflix or other streaming services
Unfortunately, it is not possible to play one of the streaming services on the TVs of the hotel rooms.
Laundry
It is possible to have your clothes cleaned. You will find a form and a laundry bag for this in the wardrobe in your room. If you hand in your laundry at reception before 9:00 am, you will have it returned within two working days. We do not offer a laundry service on weekends and public holidays.
Kettle
You can make tea via the coffee maker, this water runs through a separate pipe. If you prefer a kettle, you can borrow it at the reception.
