Traveling with your dog?
- Clean and dry: Check that your dog is dry and leaves no muddy tracks before entering the restaurant.
- Good behaviour: Make sure your dog listens and does not disturb other guests, as not everyone likes dogs. Your dog must always stay under the table, never lie or walk loose in the restaurant, and must not be fed from the table.
- Reservations: Please mention your dog when making your reservation. We have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms, which are assigned by our reception staff, and only one dog per room is allowed.
- Where dogs are not allowed: Dogs are not welcome in the restaurant and other areas during brunch and buffet activities (such as breakfast, Sunday brunch, lunch buffet, weekend buffet and festive season brunches and buffets), nor in our lounge and hotel bar (open from 17:00).
- In your room: Dogs are not allowed on the hotel beds, armchairs or at the table. A surcharge of €17.50 per night applies for staying with a dog.
- Never alone: Do not leave your dog alone in the hotel room. If you visit the restaurant, bar, lounge or conference facilities, please let reception know so that we can reach you in case of noise.
- On a leash: Dogs must always be kept on a leash in the hotel, on the parking lot, on the terrace and in the garden.
- Damage and nuisance: The owner is liable for any damage to the interior, extra cleaning costs in case of excessive pollution and compensation paid to other guests because of inconvenience. In case of persistent noise, such as barking, we reserve the right to remove the dog from the hotel, without refund
