In the majority of restaurants cooks work behind the scenes most of the time.

Each Saturday and Sunday our cooks in the Hotel Akersloot step into the limelight and prepare the most delicious dishes live, on the spot for you during the live cooking spectacle.

A perfect setting for your family, friends, colleagues or just the two of you to enjoy the many unlimited lovely dishes and a selection of Dutch drinks!

During this spectacle you will have unlimited choice of a wide range of hot and cold delicacies as well as unlimited assorted domestic drinks.

Each weekend during the live cooking spectacle the enthusiastic kitchen staff members present: 

• diverse meat and fish dishes, grilled à la minute 
• lovely wok dishes, ready while you wait 
• various salads
• delicious cold starters
• a soup buffet
• a special children's buffet
• various hot dishes
• fresh vegetables
• an extensive salad bar with several kinds of crudités
• Finally our pastry cooks serve a variety of homemade sweet delicacies, ice cream cakes and various kinds of easy scoop ice cream.

During the buffet the children are allowed to assist the kitchen staff by decorating cookies. 

The range of dishes changes on a weekly basis and is adjusted to the seasons. 

Our engaged service team will serve unlimited assorted Dutch drinks during the buffet. 

There is no fixed starting time! We'd be delighted to welcome you from 17.00h! This cosy cooking spectacle will come to an end at 21.00h. 

To avoid disappointments we advise you to make reservations beforehand.
